CGC Bramble Museum
CGC Bramble Museum is moored at the Seaway Terminal on the St. Clair River. Commissioned in 1944, the Bramble participated in atomic testing at Bikini Island and was one of the first vessels to circumnavigate the North American continent. Huron Lightship Museum
Huron Lightship Museum is in Pine Grove Park. Built in 1920, the lightship was used until it was decommissioned in 1970. It is believed to be the only remaining lightship that served on the Great Lakes. Call (810) 982-0891 for more information.

Port Huron Museum�Carnegie Center is at 1115 Sixth St. The museum complex includes four sites. Displays at the Carnegie Center�which include American Indian relics and marine items, a pioneer log house, Thomas Edison memorabilia and fine arts�trace 300 years of local history. The Petrolia Discovery
The Petrolia Discovery, on CR 4 1.3 km (.8 mi.) w. of jct. CR 21, is a 24-hectare (60-acre) living-history museum showing how crude oil was drawn from the ground in the late 19th century. The workshop and training grounds of Canadians who helped found the oil industry have been restored. Photographs and a 30-minute videotape explain how developments in Petrolia had a significant impact on the world oil market. A small 1870s pioneer village includes a blacksmith shop, hardware store, woodworking mill and schoolhouse. Call (519) 882-0897 for more information.

Thomas Edison Depot Museum
Thomas Edison Depot Museum is under the Blue Water Bridges on Edison Pkwy. Housed in the Fort Gratiot Railroad Station where Thomas Edison worked, the museum features re-created period displays, hands-on activities that focus on his inventions and a vintage baggage car that contains a mock-up of Edison's first laboratory.
