See Some Sights in Saint Ignace
Saint Ignace is a small, lake side town set just across the bay from Mackinaw City. Guests of the Best Western hotel in St. Ignace enjoy an ease of access into nearby cities and attractions while zipping along the I-75 and Highway 2. Be sure to indulge in the many local fishing and boating opportunities around the area. Aside from the major choices of Lake Huron and Lake Michigan, be sure to explore Martin Lake - but be warned, those Bluegill won't come in without a fight. Hay Lake, just a few miles to the north, is another fishing spot worth the trek. Horseshoe Bay and Saint Martin Bay are also nearby, but may not offer that tranquil experience that an out-of-the-way lake might. Saint Ignace is a perfect resting place for that weary-eyed traveler, or a hungry angler, looking to rest up on their way to the next fishing hole.
